My husband and I contacted Saraj at Coopers Appliances when we were in the fairly early stages of a major kitchen extension. We knew roughly what appliances we wanted, and Saraj talked us through our choices and made sure we’d considered everything before we ordered. If a particular appliance wasn’t available, he offered a comparable alternative, but never made us feel pressured.

The quote for our final list was extremely competitive - cheaper than the prices we had found online - so we were happy to accept. After we’d placed the order, we had a wobble when we realised that the washing machine we’d chosen was too deep for the space available (our fault, as the dimensions had changed during the build).

Saraj dealt with our panicked call quickly and calmly, and substituted our order for another machine at no extra cost - in fact, it was a cheaper model so he refunded the difference.

Delivery was also hassle-free - we were able to request our chosen day and time at short notice, which was useful as it was hard to predict exactly when the builders would be finished. All in all we were really pleased with the service, and the great communication throughout the process - and we absolutely love our new appliances!
